Midwest Wire Group is a growing manufacturer of wire products serving multiple industries. We are seeking a driven Account Manager to develop new business, build strong client relationships, and help expand our customer base.
This role is well-suited for a self-motivated professional who enjoys connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that drive long-term partnerships.
Sales, Business Development & Relationship Management
- Identify, pursue, and develop new customer accounts across target industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right wire products and solutions.
Account Growth & Strategy
- Manage, build and grow a portfolio of accounts through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Driven to proactively prospect new business and consistently close opportunities.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with production, scheduling, and shipping teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Communicate customer needs, timelines, and priorities internally.
- Help improve processes that enhance the overall customer experience.
Market Awareness
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Represent Midwest Wire Group with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
