Our box wire, widely employed in single or double-RAM bales and auto-tie balers, comes in a black annealed or galvanized finish. Choose from boxed coils of either 50 pounds or 100 pounds, ranging from 10-gauge to 12-gauge, and 14.5-gauge (6,500 feet), often referred to as farmers wire or farm baler wire.
To accommodate your specific needs, we offer 50-pound coils in either 45 boxes or 54 boxes per pallet, and 100-pound coils in 36 boxes per pallet. Galvanized Wire
  • During manufacturing, galvanized bale wire is submerged into a zinc bath to give it an additional protective coating. This zinc coating is what gives it it’s long life span. Due to its resistance to scratches, rust, and corrosion, galvanized wire is mostly used in any kind of packaging, waste management or recycling industries.
Black Annealed Baling Wire
  • Black annealed baling wire is also very durable in nature but has the added bonus of being flexible and easier to use – making it one of the most popular forms of baler wire. It has a light, even coating of oil which helps it pass through your baler machine or cardboard compactor.
  • The amount of feet contained in a coil of wire depends on the gauge of wire requested. We commonly manufacture baler wire in 10 gauge, 11 gauge, 12gauge, and 14.5 gauge the feet contained in each 100 lb. coil is below:

  • Our baler wire packing for 100 lb. coils of baler wire are 13”x 14”x 6.25” and has a perforated 7.5” circle centered in the middle of the box. Our packaging for 50 lb. coils of boxed baler wire are 11.5”x 12”x 6.5” and also has a 7.5” perforated circle centered in the middle of the box.
  • Standard pallet quantity for boxed baler wire is 54 boxes and maximum quantity for boxed baler wire is 63 boxes.
