Jason’s extensive experience in mechanical engineering and the aerospace industry, make him a well-rounded leader ready to serve any industry with their wire needs. A proud graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Jason brings a true problem-solving mentality to every facet of our business and organizes our constant flow of raw material. Jason is also the champion of our day-to-day operations and strives every day to make Midwest Bale Ties the best in the industry.

With over 30 years in the steel industry, Sam has extensive experience in production, quality control, and shipping and receiving. A true family man, Sam treats every employee like one of his own and works diligently to make sure we put out the best quality product possible for every customer. As the head of our production and shipping teams, Sam prides himself on organization and efficiency.

Travis comes to Midwest Bale Ties with over 10 years of sales and logistics experience. A business graduate of the University of Southern Indiana, Travis has spent the last 14 years living in Evansville, Indiana and is overjoyed to be back in his hometown of Crawfordsville, Indiana. He is versed in B2B sales and provides an over and beyond customer experience. Travis’s attention to detail and strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction will yield for a great expansion to our team. Travis is most looking forward to starting a direct to market sales team for our company.

A 2020 marketing and sales graduate from Marian University, Logan is the newest addition to the Midwest sales team. Logan brings with him prior sales experience in the payroll industry and is eager to help his customers from start to finish in each wire sale. Logan is enthusiastic, accessible and truly enjoys making connections.

Chris, a Crawfordsville native, has extensive knowledge in a variety of industrial sales markets. Since graduating from the University of Northwestern Ohio in 2011, Chris has set his sights on learning different areas of manufacturing and how to meet and exceed customer’s needs. Chris is looking forward to obtaining new accounts for Midwest Bale Ties, Inc. and helping current clients with successfully maintaining their wire products within their industry.

Chris and his wife, Cassie live in Crawfordsville with their two children, Paisley and Zayne. In his spare time, Chris enjoys camping and fishing with his family.

Brittani Cohee brings over a decade of marketing experience to the team at Midwest Bale Ties. A project manager of all things business and family, she understands the true meaning of getting the job done right. Brittani’s career started in real estate and has developed to a marketing consultant for multiple companies and organizations. We are fortunate to have her as our Marketing Manager, where she can blend her digital marketing expertise and knack for high-quality branding to become a change-agent for business development.

For the last 14 years, Susan has been meticulously managing the administrative side of our business.
